Community development
We design, organise and run real interventions, profound and efficient, for the welfare of the people, families and communities, irrespective of the age, sex, ethnic affiliation, political options or religious beliefs.
We believe in values such as tolerance, pluralism, equity, inclusion, public participation, human rights, participative democracy, social responsibility, local initiative and entrepreneurial project.
We act with determination for the multiplication and assumption of the positive practices which produce visible, long-lasting effects. We are preoccupied of the real needs such as improvement of the dwelling conditions, improve the quality of life, evolution of the human capital, professional insertion and social integration.
We supply specialise services for the public institutions, local administrations, related bureaus and agencies. We work in partnership with non-governmental organisations or informal structures.
We develop programs capitalising on the human, symbolic and material capital, for the economic growth of the local communities.
We promote strong relations of communication, cooperation and collaboration between the different institutional actors.
We encourage and support the local and regional.
We elaborate and implement:
- Strategies of intervention concerning the institutionalized minors and the street children;
- Care and support mechanisms for the elder;
- Programs of sustainable development, environmental protection and prevention of pollution;
- Concrete measures to increase the access to employment services, to education, health and social assistance
- Support for the children and young people with high creative potential, with special intellectual capacities or operational abilities.
We develop solutions for community necessities and we promote healthy social relations. We supply professional services of:
- Applied social research, development and innovation (see Research-Development);
- Training, assistance and counselling for the staff working in the social field, in local administrations and NGOs (see Education-Formation);
- Cooperation with Romanian and international organisations or institutions which share similar views (see International relations).
